BANANA LEAF FEAST: Where Tamilian Cuisine meets Filipino Cuisine at Cheeni: Durham!

We are thrilled to announce this end-of-summer collaboration between Chef Nikko (Chopped Champion, renowned Chef & Owner of KULTURA in Charleston, SC) and our very own Preeti Waas.

Inspired by the crossroads of South & Southeast Asian cuisines, this feast will feature a five-course, family-style meal cooked by both Chef Nikko and Preeti. Expect Filipino-South Indian fusion, plenty of craft cocktails, wine, and beer from The Bar Beej, and an all-around good time.
